Staci Leavitt Davidson, RD, CDN
Since 1990, Staci Leavitt Davidson, registered dietitian and counselor, has been the founder and president of Staci Leavitt Mind & Body, Inc, an outpatient eating disorder/nutrition counseling center staffed by dietitians, psychotherapists and affiliated with medical doctors. Under her close supervision and guidance, the highly motivated team helps patients deal with all therapeutic and dietary needs. This includes, anxiety, self esteem , anorexia, bulimia, yo-yo dieting, compulsive overeating, nutritional counseling, medical diets, psychotherapy (all issues) and the most popular weight loss and healthy dieting Trust, individual support and proper diet instruction are the keys to her unique program. Staci is a National support group leader for Eating Disorders (ANAD). She has been featured on many radio and television shows, including Good Day New York, Fox News, ABC, TLC and Discovery channel. Staci lectures to small and very large groups throughout the metropolitan area. She is PPPF certified for Parenting and Pregnancy and a Certified Divorce Mediator. She has certificates and training in many therapeutic skills including CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), Staci is a black belt in Karate and was ACE certified. Staci has three beautiful children of her own and offers child care for her staff on site, therefore they could be there for their children as well as dedicated to our patients.
Jamie Rapfogel, LCSW, NPA Hypnotherapist
Jamie Rapfogel has been a licensed clinical social worker for over 25 years however she has been working exclusively with the team at Staci Leavitt Mind & Body since 2003. Jamie does individual, group and family counseling focusing on many life issues. Jamie is also a certified Hypnotherapist and incorporates meditation and mindfulness in her practice
Kathleen Logsdon, MS, RD
Kathleen Logsdon has been a member of the team at Staci Leavitt Mind and Body since 2001. She is a NY state certified dietitian-nutritionist and an ACE certified personal trainer. She received a BS degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in 1986 and a Masters Degree from Virginia Tech in 1991. While helping our clients to adopt healthier eating habits, she also encourages them to make behavioral changes which will last a lifetime.
Shauna Del Prete, RD
Shauna Del Prete has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist since 2010. She received degree in both nutrition and psychology from LIU Post and the University of Miami. She has worked with clients providing support for weight loss, weight loss surgery, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. She also helps coach clients towards general healthy goals. As a former Retail Dietitian, she is an expert at navigating the supermarket with health in mind and helping people make feel good choices every day. She believes mindfulness is the key to making healthier lifestyle changes. Using motivational interviewing strategies, she helps her clients recognize their own goals and map out an action plan to achieve them.
Jenny McCaughey, LCSW
Jenny McCaughey has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2007 specializing in adolescents and families. She has worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings focusing on behavioral and psychiatric symptoms, complex trauma, and providing guidance and support to overcome challenging life obstacles.
Jamie Kwiat, LCSW
Jamie Kwiat has been a licensed clinical social worker for ten years and has been practicing individual and group therapy focusing on a broad range of issues. Jamie has had extensive experience working with adolescents and their families. Jamie uses many different approaches and techniques to empower clients to overcome obstacles and reach their goals.
Jodi Lieberman, LCSW-R
Jodi Lieberman has been a clinical social worker for over 20 years specializing in children, adolescents, and families. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Delaware and then her Master’s Degree from NYU. Jodi is currently a school social worker who focuses on the whole person, lending support to help cope with life’s obstacles.

Andrea Ozsvath is our Office Manager. She fields all calls and manages all appointments between you and the entire staff. She is able to answer all your question before your initial visit and is always happy to assist the patients in whatever extra support they may need.
Kim Shindler is another one of our office assistants. She is happy to find the perfect appointment for you and to answer any questions you may have. She is here to assist anyone who is interested in becoming a new patient. Kim is a liaison between you and our professional staff.
Dorian Clara is our new team member that works as a liaison between you and our staff. She has been in the customer service field since 2000. She is personable and always willing to accommodate clients with their needs. Dorian is available to help with any questions and/or concerns you may have.
Brandi Leavitt is currently in the Coordinated Dietetics Program at the University of Connecticut. Since 2015, she has been part time assisting at Staci Leavitt Mind & Body. She has a true passion for working in this field and is always willing to help. After graduating and finishing her rotations/required exams, Brandi plans on joining our team in 2019 as a full time Registered Dietitian.
Heather Moskowitz is an attorney as well as a fashion blogger who has always been intrigued with fashion and organization. Heather is working exclusively for Staci Leavitt Mind & Body and providing a judgment free environment to help clients rediscover their wardrobes and to love their clothing again. Not only does she help clients to organize and to clean out their closet, but she also coordinates and puts together different looks and outfit combinations from the client's existing wardrobe. She makes getting dressed easy, accessible and fun!
